Here is the material on a phonecall. It was not only a phonecall but a significant phonecall. It was the time of exactly 1:23 PM, December 12, 2011. It was on my cell phone. I was livid and completely speechless not anticipating what the conversation was resulting. While the call is on, I was quiet. However, Mr. Wallis was speaking. He was feeling sorry on behalf of his restaurant. That provided some form of re-dress to the situation. I replied very guardedly that a refund to the tune of the 7 extra meals is paid. Which he claimed in the negative. He talked me humbly.  He was ashamed at mistake.

He apologized in a way that I got ashamed of. Instantly, I leave the intention to do say something. He got to know my inner thinking. He told me that a full refund would be made. At the very first point, I indicated my hesitance to do such but Mr. Wallis is a man of words. He is a professional.  He himself understood my point of view. He was sympathetic and humble about the outcome of the incident. He, again and again, establishment how apologetic he was for the turn of events.

This afternoon, a full refund to the tune of $3038 was paid to me. I was much satisfied that through it all that the owners were quite professional and are providing the best services. But some advices are:

While choosing the Restaurants – take it upon yourselves to make a publicized reservation policy. Also, ensure that managers are mean to implement it. In case, it was known that I can financially liable for the 12 meals things would have been much convenient.
